Washi ‘I’ is an orthochromatic black-and-white film 80 ISO, 120 format.
Originally used for non-destructive industrial testing, such as weld quality control. The film is coated on each side with a thick blue polyester base and without the white anti-aliasing layer.
This feature gives the images taken a unique and distinctive appearance. The recommended use for this film is for portrait, still-life, urban photography and all classic subjects. Roll 120 films can be loaded as usual, but being thicker than usual, they must be kept wrapped during loading and unloading.
Remember that X-ray films are more fragile than others and require special care during all stages of use in order to avoid any risk of scratching.
The film is seen in the protective plastic film holder.
